Bad Apples

I get concerns from guildies about why we expel players as often as we do. Talking and trying to explain it to them by whispers and stuff can be difficult, so ill try to explain it in good detail here.
Most of us like to have fun playing the game long term and keep a peaceful mood in the guild. Some players frequently cause arguments, frustration, and are just plain annoying. Usually we warn these players to chill out, and if not the higher ranking members talk to each other and make a decision.
Here are some of the annoying attitudes that are looked down on:
*Bums: "can i have gold" "can you buy me a mount"
*whine: "can you craft me a sword plz. why not? plz. i have the gold plz plz plz"
*stubborn: "im lvl 68, lets do PT. Full party? kick the lvl 78 warlord. Why not? Screw you and the game. i quit"
*spam: "i need WR. i need WR. i need WR. i need WR"
*caps: "I NEED WR. I NEED WR. I NEED WR. I NEED WR"
*threats: "give me gold and a WR run or ill tell everyone that your g@y"
*very rude: "a sheep killed you in WR? u stupid dum ***. you worthless dumb ***. stop talking to me worthless noob"
*immature players: " i banged your mom in WR"
*ungrateful: "thanx for spending 3 hours helping me with MSF. but i dont have time to do WR with you"
*selfish: "You didnt help me with WR yesterday, why should i go to WR with you today"
*show off/ high ego: "ive got +15 yellow this, this, this, this, this, this. And you... you have crap compared to me, hahahaha im the shizzit"
*constant asking for help: "i need help with this quest(5 min)... i need help with this boss(5 min)... i need help with..."
*haters: "damn robinhood killed me again, bastard. he's a damn punk".... oh wait, thats me saying that

everyone's guilty of at least one of these since they've been playing, so a little patience goes a long way. Also use common since when you see how people react to your comments and what you've been saying.
