If you have windows live photo gallery try to use that to resize the pic or maybe it's wat ur using to down load that is making it that huge?

if the pic isnt saved on ur computer then maybe copy and paste ur pic to the part one your computer that says "pictures" and see if u can edit there if not ask ShadowDx how to fix it since he's the computer genius.
